We're happy to announce the launch of a new online course at GN Academy:
"UK-FCDO Programme Management Essentials".
Did you know that Department for International Development (DFID/UKaid) and Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) have merged?
Now, there is only one guidance applicable for all UK development departments, FCDO Programme Operating Framework (PrOF), which brings us a great opportunity to learn more about the programme implementation to meet FCDO standards. For this reason, GNUK and GCDC cooperated to develop this course aiming to build GN staff’s knowledge and confidence in designing and implementing programmes funded by UK donors.
This course is mandatory for:
- Core Staff involved in proposal writing and/or project designing.
- Staff who contributes to logical framework, risk management, and budget planning.
- Cross-departmental staff who are responsible for governance and policies, this is particularly for Due Diligence module 6.
We also kindly invite staff involved in project management during the implementation phase and other interested staff who are eager to learn programme management.
